Next steps after you call or write
I'd rather you know what to expect before you pick up the phone, so here's how a request runs from the first message to a written estimate. You can read how I learned the trade on our about page.
Send your request
Call (850) 391-6065 or fill in the form with what you're seeing, such as cracked mortar, loose brick or a spot for a new wall. Tell me roughly where your house is so I can plan the visit.
Hear back within one business day
We answer calls and messages within one business day and set a time for me to come out that suits you. The estimate is free, done on site and carries no obligation.
Meet me at your house
I come out myself, look the job over with you and explain what I see before I write anything down. You get a written estimate in plain words, and if you go ahead, we set a start that works for you and take care of the permit paperwork for our part of the work where one applies.
